What is covered?

Our warranty covers genuine mechanical and electrical faults caused by defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use during the warranty period.

This includes:

  • Mechanical faults
  • Electrical faults
  • Autofocus and image stabilisation faults
  • Faults with buttons, dials and controls

What is not covered?

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Accidental damage, including drops, impacts and liquid damage
  • Cosmetic wear and minor signs of use
  • Accessories and items subject to normal wear, including batteries, grips, cables, eyecups, caps and straps. A genuine fault in an included accessory will be assessed separately.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Loss, theft or third-party claims

How to make a warranty claim

    Contact us

    Contact our support team with your Order Number or Inspection Report ID and a description of the issue.

    We’ll assess

    We may request photographs, video or further information to understand the fault before arranging a return.

  3. 3

    Send it to us

    If the claim is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

  4. 4

    We’ll resolve the issue

    We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate.

  5. 5

    Resolution agreed

    We’ll return your repaired item, or arrange the agreed replacement or refund.

Important information

  • Warranty cover begins on the date you receive your item.
  • You must provide your Order Number or Inspection Report ID.
  • The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.
  • We may provide a repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate.
  • If a replacement item is supplied, the remainder of the original warranty period will apply.
  • Damage caused by misuse will not be covered.
