These Terms of Service explain how ShutterXchange works, and the rules that apply
when you use our website or our buying, selling and trade services.

The contracting party for purchases and our selling and trade services is Shutter Exchange Limited, trading as ShutterXchange, a company registered in England and Wales. When we accept your order, we will supply the products in accordance with these Terms. Orders are subject to availability, acceptance and any correction of an obvious pricing or product-description error.
A quote is based on the information you provide and is subject to receiving and inspecting your equipment. We will confirm any final offer after inspection; no purchase contract is formed until that offer is accepted.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed using an available payment method before we can process an order.
We use delivery partners and couriers to dispatch orders. Delivery timescales are shown at checkout.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must tell ShutterXchange within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel. The subsequent return process is explained on our Returns & Refunds page.

Cameras and lenses include a 12-month warranty. The warranty terms, including cover and exclusions, are set out on our Warranty page.
Used items are professionally inspected and graded so you can understand the condition you can expect before you buy.
You must not misuse our website or services, carry out fraudulent or unlawful activity, or interfere with another person’s use of the site or our services.
We collect and use your information to operate our services securely and effectively. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
