At 4%, a fully paid order with £1,000 of merchandise after discounts earns £40 commission. Delivery is excluded. Partial payments, refunds and cancellations affect the amount earned.

Who can apply?
Publishers, creators, reviewers, comparison sites and photography communities with a public website or profile. Tell us about your audience and planned promotions; every application is reviewed.
What do I earn commission on?
Our standard offer is 4% of the whole merchandise basket after discounts, excluding delivery. Eligible sell-to-us transactions earn a separate fixed reward: £12.50 for a new customer or £6.25 for a returning customer, once their positive cash payout or store credit is completed. Consignment does not qualify.
How does the 30-day window work?
After a recognised affiliate click and the customer’s advertising consent, an order can qualify within 30 days. A later recognised active affiliate replaces the earlier referral. Visitors who decline advertising consent cannot be attributed.
Who counts as a new customer for seller rewards?
A new customer has no previous paid purchase or completed sell-to-us transaction in our account and email records when the seller payout completes. An account or an unfinished quote alone does not make someone a returning customer. Each completed selling transaction earns at most one reward.
When does a sell-to-us referral qualify?
The customer must submit their selling quote within the 30-day referral window with advertising consent. The terms are saved then. A reward is earned after equipment acceptance and a completed positive cash payout or store-credit issue, even if processing finishes later. Quote enquiries alone do not earn a reward.
When will I be paid?
Our standard terms are monthly bank transfers, a £25 minimum payable GBP balance and a 30-day earnings hold. Lower balances carry forward. Existing individually agreed arrangements can remain in place; bank details and any invoicing requirements are confirmed during onboarding.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Commission adjusts with partial payments and refunds. Cancelled orders earn zero. If commission has already been paid, a later refund is carried forward against future commission.
Can I see the traffic I send?
Your dashboard reports consented visits and referred orders. Visits require both advertising and analytics consent, so the report excludes visitors who decline either choice. Visit counts are not unique people.
Can I get a product feed?
Protected product feeds can be arranged for suitable partners. Mention your feed requirements in your application so we can discuss access and the format.

How commission and seller rewards work
- Commission applies to the whole merchandise basket after discounts, excluding delivery, at your agreed rate.
- Attribution requires the customer's advertising consent. The latest recognised active affiliate wins within its agreed attribution window. Existing orders are not retrospectively attributed.
- Commission follows completed card and store-credit payments. Partial payments and refunds adjust it proportionally; cancelled orders earn zero. Refunds after an affiliate payment carry forward against future commission.
- For seller referrals, the quote must be submitted within the attribution window. Its reward terms are saved then. One fixed GBP reward is earned per selling transaction after a positive completed cash payout or store-credit issue. Consignment, test quotes and unpaid enquiries do not qualify.
- A new customer has no prior paid purchase or completed sell-to-us transaction in our known account/email records when their payout completes. The standard reward is £12.50 for new customers and £6.25 for returning customers; your own agreed amounts appear in your dashboard.
- Standard payments are monthly bank transfers after a 30-day earnings hold, with a £25 minimum payable GBP balance. Lower balances carry forward. Existing individually agreed arrangements can remain in place. Bank details and invoicing requirements are agreed during onboarding. Other currencies remain separate and require individual arrangements.
- Traffic reports count consented visits, with both attribution and analytics consent. They exclude visitors who decline either choice and do not count unique people.
Working with ShutterXchange
We review each application before offering an affiliate account. The standard offer is 4% commission with a 30-day referral window. Your rate, attribution window and payment arrangements are confirmed in an agreement you accept electronically before activation. A promotional banner library and tracked links are provided through your private dashboard. Submitting an application does not activate an account or accept an affiliate agreement.
Use accurate product and price information, clearly identify affiliate advertising, and keep your access tokens private. Do not send unsolicited promotions, promise unauthorised discounts or represent yourself as ShutterXchange staff. Product feeds are available where separately arranged.
