About this Lens
The Viltrox AF 28mm F4.5 is an ultra-compact autofocus prime lens, known as the "Chip," available for Sony E, Nikon Z, Fujifilm X, and Leica L mounts. It weighs approximately 60g and measures just 15.3mm thick, making it the thinnest and lightest lens Viltrox has produced. The lens features a fixed F4.5 aperture, VCM autofocus motor with no manual focus control, a 0.32m minimum focusing distance, and an optical design of 6 elements in 6 groups including 2 ED and 2 aspherical elements. It also includes an integrated slide-lever lens cap and an octagonal aperture plate that produces starburst effects around point light sources.
