The Sigma 90mm F2.8 DG DN | Contemporary is a compact, lightweight prime lens for full-frame mirrorless cameras in the Sigma I series, part of the Contemporary line and designed for the L-Mount. Its optical construction of 11 elements in 10 groups, including five SLD elements and an aspherical glass molded lens, delivers high resolution, minimal chromatic aberration, and smooth bokeh. The lens features an all-metal build, a manual aperture ring, a quiet stepping motor for autofocus, a 50cm minimum focusing distance with a 1:5 maximum magnification ratio, a magnetic metal lens cap, a metal lens hood, and a dust- and splash-resistant mount. Its 90mm focal length and F2.8 aperture make it suited to portraiture, travel, and close-up photography.
