The Sigma 10-18mm F2.8 DC DN Contemporary is an ultra-wide-angle zoom lens for APS-C Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras, providing a full-frame equivalent focal range of 15-27mm. It is known for being the world's smallest and lightest F2.8 ultra-wide zoom for APS-C mirrorless cameras, weighing approximately 255g. The lens features a 13-element, 10-group optical design with FLD, SLD, and aspherical elements, a constant F2.8 aperture, a minimum focusing distance of 4.6 inches, and dust- and splash-resistant construction. It uses a stepping motor for autofocus and was awarded the TIPA World Award for Best APS-C Wide-Angle Zoom Lens in 2024.
