The Sigma 16mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary is a wide-angle prime lens for FUJIFILM X-mount APS-C mirrorless cameras, providing a 24mm equivalent focal length. Its bright f/1.4 maximum aperture supports low-light shooting and offers depth-of-field control, while two SLD elements, three FLD elements, and two aspherical elements minimize chromatic aberrations, distortion, and spherical aberrations. A stepping AF motor delivers fast, near-silent focusing suitable for both stills and video, and a rounded nine-blade diaphragm contributes to smooth bokeh. The brass bayonet mount is rubber-sealed for dust and splash resistance, and the lens weighs 405g with a 67mm filter thread.
