About this Camera

The Hasselblad XCD 2,5/90V is a moderate telephoto lens for the Hasselblad X System and 907X cameras, equivalent to a 71mm full-frame focal length. With its f/2.5 aperture, it is designed for close-up portraits and still lifes, producing soft bokeh and Hasselblad's signature eight-point starburst effect on bright light sources. Its optical construction of nine elements in six groups, including one ED element and a large-diameter aspherical element, delivers apochromatic performance suited to 100-megapixel medium format sensors. The lens features a leaf shutter with speeds up to 1/4000s, flash sync at all speeds, a linear stepping motor for fast autofocus, and weighs 551g.
